What We Offer

Looking for more guidance before you invest or interested in a custom package? Book a free consultation or send our team an email at the bottom of this page to discuss your health needs to find the best fit for you.

Our Process

1. Choose Your Program

After reviewing the program and lab details, schedule a time to connect with me so we can discuss which option feels most aligned for you. I prioritize the opportunity to speak with each client before enrollment to ensure the program is the right fit and that you feel confident in your investment. If you are ready to purchase immediately with no consultation, that is also an option.

2. Foundational Work Begins

Once we finalize your personalized plan, I will order your labs. You will receive payment details, onboarding information, and intake forms. You will also gain access to the Foundations for Health mini course so you can begin implementing key healing principles right away.

Our first session is a deep dive into your unique health history, symptom timeline, and patterns. We will identify foundational shifts you can begin applying immediately to start supporting your metabolism, gut, hormones, nervous system, and detox pathways as we prepare for targeted lab driven work.

3. Lab based Protocol Integration

At this stage, your foundations are solid and your lab results have been reviewed. This is where your individualized healing opportunities truly come into focus. We identify key imbalances, patterns, and areas for targeted improvement, and translate those findings into a strategic, personalized protocol.

You’ll receive customized nutrition, herbal, and supplement recommendations designed to support your body’s healing capacity and address the specific drivers uncovered through your results. This phase is intentional, precise, and fully tailored to you.

4. Maintenance Phase

This phase is about sustaining your progress and solidifying your results. After implementing your personalized protocol and creating meaningful shifts, we transition into maintenance. The goal is not dependence on a protocol, but confidence in understanding your body and maintaining your results with clarity and ease.

Lab Options

GI-Map

The GI-MAP is an advanced stool analysis that evaluates the gut microbiome, digestive function, inflammation, immune markers, and potential pathogens including bacteria, parasites, viruses, and yeast. Because approximately 70% of the immune system resides in the gut, this test provides critical insight into systemic inflammation and immune regulation.

Best for:

  • IBS, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, etc.

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • MCAS and histamine related symptoms

  • Acne and skin concerns

  • Fertility challenges

  • Chronic inflammation & infection

  • Food sensitivities

For many clients, this is a foundational test because gut health influences everything from hormones to immune health.

Dutch

The DUTCH test is a comprehensive dried urine hormone panel that evaluates estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and cortisol patterns along with how these hormones are metabolized, detoxified, and cleared in the body.

Best for:

  • PMS, painful or irregular cycles

  • PCOS

  • Infertility or preconception optimization

  • Perimenopause or menopause

  • Acne, weight changes, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, & other hormonal symptoms

  • Chronic stress or burnout

It also evaluates cortisol rhythm, giving insight into how stress may be impacting ovulation, thyroid function, and overall hormone balance as well as oxidative stress in the body.

HTMA

HTMA measures mineral levels and mineral ratios through a small hair sample to evaluate metabolic function, nervous system patterns, stress response, and long term mineral balance.

Best for:

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Metabolic Health

  • Nervous system dysregulation

  • Coming off birth control

  • Fertility, Preconception optimization

  • Adrenal stress/hormone patterns

  • MCAS, POTS/dysautonomia

Minerals are foundational to hormone production, detoxification, and immune regulation. Imbalances in key minerals such as zinc, copper, magnesium, and sodium can influence many areas of the body. HTMA provides insight into how your body is adapting to chronic stress and whether mineral repletion is needed.

Blood Chemistry

A comprehensive review of standard blood work interpreted through a functional lens to evaluate inflammation, blood sugar regulation, organ function, nutrient status, liver detox capacity, immune markers, and metabolic trends.

Best for:

  • Foundational health optimization

  • Metabolic Health

  • Fertility preparation

  • Thyroid concerns

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Signs of infection

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Early detection of dysfunction

Functional analysis allows us to identify subtle imbalances long before they meet conventional disease criteria. This approach supports proactive optimization rather than reactive treatment.

Mycotoxin

This urine based test evaluates exposure to mycotoxins (toxic compounds produced by mold that can disrupt immune balance, detox pathways, neurological function, and mitochondrial health).

Best for:

  • Known or suspected mold exposure

  • MCAS or histamine intolerance

  • Autoimmune flares

  • Brain fog or neurological symptoms

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Clients not improving despite other interventions

Mold exposure can act as a persistent inflammatory trigger, keeping the immune system in a hyper reactive state. For clients with unexplained chronic symptoms, mycotoxin testing can reveal a hidden driver preventing full recovery.

Lyme/coinfections

This blood based testing evaluates exposure to Lyme disease and common coinfections such as Babesia and Bartonella, which can significantly impact immune and neurological function.

Best for:

  • Migratory joint or muscle pain

  • Neurological symptoms

  • Autoimmune patterns

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Persistent inflammatory symptoms

  • MCAS or immune dysregulation

Chronic infections can drive systemic inflammation, hormone disruption, and immune dysfunction. Identifying and addressing these infections is often critical in complex or long standing cases.
