Lab testing is non-refundable once ordered.
Programs and services are non-refundable once initiated.
Completed services are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes. Results vary based on individual compliance, health history, and biological uniqueness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Renewal Integrative Health and Kaitlin Findlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
